Disrupting the Misinformation Network<\/h3>\n

Pick up your badge early (registration opens at 5 p.m.!) and stay for this special sponsored session on the complex fight against viral falsehoods and misinformation. Storyful, the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism and Moat have teamed up to identify the primary purveyors of fake news, disrupt their business models and protect advertisers from unknowingly contributing to this widespread, international problem. A panel of experts will discuss where misinformation originates, who is behind it, how those campaigns are coordinated and funded and what we can do to stop it. Join us for an energy-boosting wake-up with yoga led by Darin Volwiler \u2014 a Forrest Yoga Guardian in Training, based in D.C. \u2014 and his assistants.\u00a0 This will be a chair\/standing yoga class, appropriate for a range of abilities.
