Dean Betz

Dean's work at Microsoft focuses on new ways to bring news to people anywhere, anytime. He arrived to that role after leading MSN News and MSN Money. Apart from his media work, at Microsoft, Dean supports the company’s pioneering autism hiring program and work on disability advocacy. Before Microsoft, Dean managed digital content and projects at the Houston Chronicle and launched regional news sites at Advance Digital. Pre-digital he was a newspaper reporter and editor in upstate New York. When not at work, Dean flies planes, takes photos, tinkers with cars and tries to broaden understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity.
